Overview
We have confirmed an issue that has been reported on newly converted databases running Xinet 2026.5.12.
If you are affected, saving an annotation comment may fail, and the annotation may disappear after the page is refreshed.
Symptoms
The application log may show an error similar to:
Field 'CommentID' doesn't have a default value
Status
A fix has been developed and is being prepared for release.
