Low-Res Video File Download Options Missing

Overview

On Xinet 2020.5, you attempt to download a low-res video file from your Xinet Portal site, but only the "Download High-Res" option is appearing. You notice that some of the Video previews and metadata appear to be missing.

This issue was not present in earlier versions of Xinet for the affected files.

Solution

This behavior with the missing low-res video download options was addressed within the 2021.3 release of Xinet.

To address this issue and regain all of your download options, we recommend Upgrading to Xinet 2021.3 or later.
