Overview

After upgrading to Xinet version 2020.6, the Advanced Search feature does not work as expected and does not generate the same results as before. Only one result is returned when expecting multiple files or a blank panel is displayed. After performing the Advanced Search, no facets/filters show up. Using Quick Search leads to correct results.

Solution

The issue was fixed in Xinet version 2021.4. Upgrade to version 2021.4 or later by following the steps in the Upgrading Xinet article.

Testing

After the upgrade is complete, make sure Advanced Search produces correct results.
