After installing Portal version 2020.7, Pilot is not working and can no longer be configured. Your users can log in to Portal and AFP/SMB volumes with their Xinet user, but Pilot rejects the user credentials with the "Incorrect User Name or Password" error. Reviewing the Pilot Configuration in Portal Admin shows the following blank/malformed fields:
The issue was fixed in later versions of Xinet. Upgrade Xinet to version 2021.1 or later using the steps in the Upgrading Xinet article.
