A user with an account that uses a serial number as a username (e.g. 41414) is not able to log in to Xinet.
All old accounts with serial numbers as usernames have been deactivated. Please, contact support with a request to create new credentials for the user and provide the following pieces of information:
- A full name of the user
- An email address to use for the account (we suggest using user's business email addresses)
