PSD image does not display preview in WebNative/Portal

Overview

PSD image saved in Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 does not display a preview in WebNative/Portal using Xinet 19.2.1 and Xinet 2021.3. Converting the image to gif, jpeg, png, tiff, or BMP does not solve the issue.

Solution

The latest Xinet plugins are only supported in Adobe Photoshop CC 2021 since Xinet 2021.4. Upgrading to PSD 2021 should solve the issue.

Testing

Upload an image and check if the preview is displayed.
