Aggregated Upload failing to upload with the ZendGuardLoader module

Overview

The ZendguardLoader module fails to upload. One upload session with two files is getting two emails.

You receive the following error message, "Failed loading /usr/lib64/php/modules/ZendGuardLoader.so: /usr/lib64/php/modules/ZendGuardLoader.so: undefined symbol: _zval_ptr_dtor
PHP 7.4.11"

Solution

The Xinet Portal currently installed runs a PHP version lower than 7.4, but the ZendGuardLoader module requires the Portal to have PHP 7.4 running.

If you need to run PHP 7.4, you need to reinstall Xinet Portal with the artifact named XWNPortal-LINUX-PHP7.4-2020.7.0.109-release.zip. You can reference the steps within Downloading Xinet Installers to acquire this.
