If you are currently on version 17.x and looking to upgrade to version 19, our product team recommends following the upgrade path described in this article.

Requirements

In order to follow this upgrade path, contact your Account Manager to get the following:

• A 'staging license' for Xinet version 18.
• A 'standard license' for Xinet version 19.

These are needed during the upgrade process and to license the final target version, respectively.

Upgrade Path

1. Upgrade Xinet Server to version 18.
2. Apply the staging license you got for version 18.
3. Upgrade Xinet Server to version 19.
4. Apply the standard license for version 19.
