Can expired assets be added to the basket in the Contact Sheet plugin?


A user is using the Contact Sheet plugin and needs it to work for Active AND Expired assets, but Expired assets cannot be added to a Basket to access the Contact Sheet plugin.



  1. First of all, the assets need to be in a Collection, so to do this you will have to make the assets valid first (not expired), add them to the collection. Once there you can expire them again.
  2. If you only have expired assets in the Collection, the Contact Sheet Plugin will not work, you need to have at least one valid (non-expired) asset in the Collection for the Plugin to work.
  3. With that use the plugin and it will give you results of all assets in the Collection, expired and non-expired.


A feature request was submitted that proposes changing the ability to add only expired assets to the collection basket.
