Overview

You may face an issue when the Searching configuration page is not loading properly in the WebNative portal. In most cases, this issue is resolved by restarting the Apache Web Server. To restart the Apache Web Server, please follow the steps below.

Process

1. Connect to the server where the Xinet Server is installed.
2. On the terminal, run the following command:
   
   sudo systemctl start httpd.service
   
   

Confirmation

Reload the WebNative portal in your browser, and navigate to DATABASE > Admin > Searching; the page should be loading properly.
