Resolved Issues

• Fixed InDesign preview generation issues.
• Resolved FPO errors when uploading InDesign files from the Portal.
• Fixed Office Previews not working in Xinet 2024.0.x versions.
• Removed GUI elements associated with cache management for MySQL 8+.
• Fixed issue with Triggerset '+' icon not adding actions or active paths.
• Updated Samba version to 4.19.4 for improved compatibility.
• Implemented fixes for search facets not loading by default in the Portal.
• Addressed various Samba/AFP issues.

The installation instructions can be found in the Knowledge Base. Installation files are available on the Xinet Portal. Please note that RH9 requires one additional pre-installation step described in the document. For any issues, please contact our support team.

It is important to highlight that this release includes significant updates to both the Xinet server and portal components. Ensure coordinated deployment of both components for optimal performance and compatibility.

Server Prerequisites

• The server should be a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Server 64-bit version 9.0 or above.
• A valid RedHat subscription is required to download CodeReady packages, which the installer will fetch for the necessary RHEL 9 dependent libraries and services needed for Xinet.
